4-5 medium sized baingan (aubergines)
2 medium sized onions
1 large tomato
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt as per taste
Try it...your Baygon Masala is ready. Yeah that's on the menu of a popular restaurant in Mahim.
Please don't try the recipe at home...not atleast with Baygons.

That sounds very yummy.
I gotta try that one day. What's the Turmeric powder, though?
errr....BAYGON MASALA ??? lol...but pray temme , who r u planing to feed ur mouth watering ' BAYGON' Masala to ?? ..
well , thanks for t recipe thou..always wondered why doesn t roaches clan get completely eliminated by using Baygon alone , ofcourse ,this is a sure shot lethal concotion...will def try it out :D ..
n dear Galdo..it def is yummy , but maybe Mira missed her PS : its BAYGON !!!!
Hey Galdo...Baygon is the name of a roach killing spray, hazardous to health. The intention was to write 'Baingan (aubergines)Masala'. That was a spelling error there on the Menu.
Thanks Miza for that input!
hey...seriously , i thought the whole idea of t recipe was a clever one !! i seriously thought u were subtly pointing out t Baygon thingy...the PS is totally not required !! i was poinitng out t fact tht somehow galdo had missed ur subtlety..thts all...
Now that you tell me, I realize (we have Baygon here too).
It was the recipe I was talking about though, not the name.
