Baygon Masala

Have you ever tried conjuring up a dish with the following ingredients:

4-5 medium sized baingan (aubergines)

2 medium sized onions

1 large tomato

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Salt as per taste

Try it...your Baygon Masala is ready. Yeah that's on the menu of a popular restaurant in Mahim.

Please don't try the recipe at home...not atleast with Baygons.

That sounds very yummy.
I gotta try that one day. What's the Turmeric powder, though?

Hey Galdo...Baygon is the name of a roach killing spray, hazardous to health. The intention was to write 'Baingan (aubergines)Masala'. That was a spelling error there on the Menu.

Thanks Miza for that input!

Now that you tell me, I realize (we have Baygon here too).
It was the recipe I was talking about though, not the name.
